New building and rooms with simple decoration. Had climate control, a personal safe, and multi-channel TV. Good and ideal position in Afghan restaurant, in the very nice area.

The location was decent and ideal for walking around Gedee Car Museum. The area was very nice very close to the Pavilion restaurant, the centre of Coimbatore and many areas. The check-in was fast, we greatly enjoyed English bar. We could use concierge service and wake up service at no cost too. It was surely a very pleasant stay when on business trip.

I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service at Residency Towers. Despite a mix-up in my taxi pick-up, they quickly resolved the issue and apologized sincerely. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was impressive with a wide variety of delicious options. The spa experience was also top-notch, with a skilled therapist providing a rejuvenating treatment. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and amenities.

The Lounge access from the Club Floor at Level 7 was very good. The Breakfast at the Lounge was excellent and was served in a friendly manner.
There was a short supply of Bath Towels and Hand Towels. On Day 1, I had to ask for an extra Bath Towel. On Day 2, there was only one Bath Towel, no Hand Towel and Floor Towel! Running short of Towels??
